Ingredients
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon zest

1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- BEAT cream and sugar with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently stir in vanilla and zest.
- ARRANGE 7 cookies in circle on plate. Cover with 1/4 of the whipped cream. Repeat all layers 3 times. Refrigerate 4 hours.
- TOP with berries just before serving. Garnish with remaining cookie.
