Ingredients
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 ½ tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ cup crushed almonds or walnuts (optional)

Method
- In a medium sized bowl, mix the yogurt, honey and cocoa powder until thoroughly combined.
- Lay the banana pieces on a tray lined with wax paper. Carefully, insert the mini skewer into each banana piece. Lower the banana into the yogurt mixture to thoroughly coat. Sprinkle the crushed almonds on the banana. Set back onto the tray and repeat until all the bananas are coated.
- Freeze the bananas on the tray for about 1 hour to 1 ½ hours. Serve immediately.
