Ingredients
2 (approx 200g with skin) oranges, any type, sliced
5 dried dates, pitted
1 tablespoon flaked almonds
1 tablespoon fresh mint, roughly torn
0.25 x 200g tub natural yoghurt, low fat
1 teaspoon honey
Method
1. Arrange half the orange slices, dates and mint on a plate then repeat with a second layer.
2. Sprinkle the fruit with flaked almonds.
3. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and honey. Mix well and serve on the side of the salad or drizzled on top if desired.
