Still Meadow Baked Pears



Ingredients:

butter for greasing
1/4 cup Brownulated brown sugar
4 red pears
8 pats of butter
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cups vanilla yogurt (best at room temperature)
1 kiwifruit
2 bananas
1/2 cup blueberries


Intructions
  • First, set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Apply butter to the baking dish. Put brown sugar to cover the bottom of the buttered baking dish.
  • Second, cut the pears into half lengthwise then put it in the sugared dish. Top each cut- half pear with butter before sprinkling it with pumpkin pie spice for a little texture. Pour orange juice around the pears before baking it for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Third, get ready to garnish the baked pear with super- yummy splotch of yogurt and vanilla. Spoon the remaining sauce and add fresh fruits like kiwifruit, blueberries and bananas.
