Strawberry & Creme Jelly




Ingredients:

  • 1pkt strawberry jelly crystals
  • 1/2 punnet strawberries
  • 200ml cream

Method:

  • Make the jelly as directed and put in the fridge to cool (use a small amount of hot water to dissolve the crystals then chilled water to top up - this will bring the temperature down more quickly).
  • Chop the strawberries.
  • Slowly add the cooled jelly mixture to the cream and combine well, but avoid making bubbles.
  • Stir through the chopped strawberries.
  • Skim off any froth from the top.
  • Pour into a bowl (or greased mould) and refrigerate overnight
