Ingredients:
- 1pkt strawberry jelly crystals
- 1/2 punnet strawberries
- 200ml cream
Method:
- Make the jelly as directed and put in the fridge to cool (use a small amount of hot water to dissolve the crystals then chilled water to top up - this will bring the temperature down more quickly).
- Chop the strawberries.
- Slowly add the cooled jelly mixture to the cream and combine well, but avoid making bubbles.
- Stir through the chopped strawberries.
- Skim off any froth from the top.
- Pour into a bowl (or greased mould) and refrigerate overnight
