Ingredients:
- 1 large Carrot grated
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
- half Wombok shredded
- 1 medium raw beetroot grated
- half cup slivered toasted Almonds or pepitas, sunflower seeds & pine nuts
- half cup grated pecorino cheese
Method:
- Toss above ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle dressing over.
- Dressing Half cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tbspns balsamic vinegar 1-2 tbspns honey 1-2 tbspns sweet chilli sauce Place the above in a small jar & shake well.
