Serves: 2
2 bananas, halved lengthways
2 to 3 tablespoons butter
2 to 3 tablespoons dark brown soft sugar
Directions
- In a small frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add bananas and cook for 2 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 2 minutes until caramelised and soft.
