1 pkg. (0.74 oz.) SNACKWELL'S Fudge Petites Mint Fudge Shortbread, divided
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions
- RESERVE 2 cookies; crush remaining cookies.
- MIX cookie crumbs and ice cream; spoon into 2 paper-lined muffin pan cups. Top with reserved cookies.
