Hoisin Turkey Salad




Ingredients

4 ounces mayonnaise
8 ounces cooked turkey
8 ounces shell pasta (cooked as per box directions)
1 small red bell pepper diced into small cubes
1 ounce dried cranberries
4 ounces green seedless grapes cut in half
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce

Method

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss together thoroughly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
