Ingredients
10 green onions (shredded thinly)
1 ½ teaspoons soya sauce
½ teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Korean red pepper powder
¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
Pinch of ground black pepper
2-3 drops sesame oil
Directions
- Clean the green onions, cut in half and shred thinly. Wash the onions in cold water 2-3 times and put them in a colander to drain for 20 minutes.
- The green onions will be curly. Put in a bowl and add the soya sauce, vinegar, red pepper powder and sesame seeds. Mix very gently. Add the 2-3 drops sesame oil in and mix again just before serving (to avoid saggy green onions).
